- Like any "chipper" workout go out and they big sets of the moves laid out in front go you to test what your capacity is there. challenge yourself to keep those V-Ups to 1-2 sets.
- Likewise, on the Swings they also to keep yourself to 1 or 2 sets to get to 50 reps. Choose a moderate weight that will allow you to do this.
- Lets go!!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
