  • Fantastic workout on offer comprising of some quintessentially classic movements found within the CrossFit world. This one definitely falls into the Hero WoD status in terms of being a very tough, arduous workout. Yet it isn't too far fetched in terms of being able to give this one a good push. The pace should be higher than you think. Simply put. Go faster than you think you should.
  • Second last day of Hero month here at CBD. Let's enjoy these next two days!!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
  • Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
