- Going classic today with one of the most programmed workouts from no less than CrossFit.com. There is a reason why they deem this workout is such a valuable tool in building fitness. It is long enough to have us hit an aerobic pathway but it is also short enough to allow us to really push the pace. This one hurts if you hit hard enough.
- Today we offer the choice of running or rowing. We will offer the RUN option in the morning and the ROW option in the afternoon.
- Overall goal today is first to choose which one you would rather do. Then come out and try to attack your pace. Simples.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
