5 Strict L-Pull Ups
10 Hand Release Push Ups
15 Pistol Squats

- Great workout today to not only get on the fitness gain train but also to develop a very valuable component to your all-round fitness endeavours. (your gymnastics in case you hadn't got that yet).
- Buckle up those midlines and get ready to hit some hard level movements. Your aim of the day is hit each move in as few sets as possible. Rest a bit longer to maintain this but don't rest so much you end losing any intensity at all. Ride that fine line!!
- Lets go for Friyay Y'all!!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
