- August (& winter!) is coming to a close and our yearly jaunt at "Hero Month" has been a great success yet again. We are so proud at all of your efforts in tackling these tough workouts day after day.
- Working as a partnership brings out levels of intensity & effort different to when you workout solo. Put in the hard yards together, communicate well with each other, encourage each other & then go buy each other a coffee afterward 🙂
- Share the reps anyhow with only one person working at a time except for the run, you will run the distance together as a team.
