Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes
of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

- New month & a fresh start! Today marks the start of a 6 week mini training 'cycle' leading us through to the queens birthday long weekend culminating with our annual hit of the Hero WoD "Murph".
- Along the way over these next few weeks we will (amongst other things) be targeting a few key areas that will only enhance your Fitness. These will be: Gymnastics Volume, Grip Strength, Barbell 'Cycling', Powerlifting Strength & Rowing.
- We will still be hitting up in our usual way of classic CrossFit programming and you many not even tell a difference in the program from the last few weeks but at least you all know now what to expect. Well sort of!!
- Lets kick it all of with a CrossFit Benchmark!! One of the very best classics! This test of your strength endurance & gymnastics skill/strength will certainly set the tone for week (& indeed the next 5-6 weeks) ahead!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- This is POTENT!!!! Be sure to - Scale As needed.
