If you break a set of WB Shots or Swings then re-start that set over again at zero reps.
M: 9kg Ball to 10ft. 24kg "KB". ---|--- W: 6kg Ball to 9ft. 16kg "KB'.

- Pinch, Punch, First of the Month!! Welcome to July Y'all!!
- We are hitting up a mentally tough workout (as well as physically tough of course!). The rep scheme is harsh anyways. Add in in the flavour of having to do each set unbroken and we have a party on our hands!!
- The point of this exercise today is to build the aforementioned "mental toughness". But it is also a great training tool to build capacity, to better understand your body when it comes to picking up the Ball or Bell to comment to the set. Too soon and you risk not completing the set. Wait too long and you risk losing all your intensity. Today will be interesting indeed!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
