- Spring is here at last!! And with it brings us new focus. This month we are holding the 800g Nutrition Challenge. we have heaps of CBDer's on board and we are ready to dial it in!!
- To kick off the challenge we will have a benchmark workout to test then re-test at the end of the month. We have chosen the classic WoD "Annie". This one tests out your skills & your speed all at the same time. Don't underestimate this one. It leaves you sore for a few days if attacked right!!
- Skipping is also a focus during the challenge with workshops arranged throughout the period to help us dial in that skill.
- come on in, get your dose of intensity and brush off the hard times that Hero Month left on us!!
- Let's get after it!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
