WoD: "Short & Fast"
Complete 8 Rounds, Each Round Is For Time
of:
250m Row

Rest as needed between efforts

- Bringing a CBD classic to kick off your week. This one seriously packs a punch!
- Sprinting like this is so effective on our anaerobic system it elicits some superb responses for your body. Things like helping us to build some muscle & target our fast twitch fibres (great for training things like the OLY lifts). It will actually help increase our endurance and work capacity too which gives it some great bang for buck outcomes. It has many other great benefits too. If you'd like some more info on it click here for a great read on it
- The words that should be striking fear into us are not "row 250m" but rather the words "rest as needed" that do. That little sentence is telling us that we want to find THE absolute fastest pace possible every time. That is a very hard thing to do, both physically AND mentally.
- Aim to hit a new PR, or as close to it today, in the early rounds. Rest what you need to and come back each time with the same intentions and we will definitely hit some amazing times.
- Sprints are hard. They hurt. There will be doubts in your mind at some point in the middle of the workout. The pain & uncertainty in your ability to finish is all in your head. We must not give in.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Compare 08/03/18.
