10 - 1 Vs 1 - 10 (reps) of:
Kettlebell Swings (24 / 16 kg)
Toes To Bar

**5 Burpee To Bar after each set**

- Grip grip GRIP!!
- If the format is new to you the flow of this ones goes like this: 10 KB swings, 1 Toes To Bar followed by 5 Burpees. Then you do 9 Swings, 2 T2B, 5 Burpees, 8 Swings, 3 T2B, 5 Burpees, etc etc all the way until your last round is 1 KB Swing, 10 T2B & finally 5 Burpees to finish!
- As mentioned before, your grip will be at a premium today. Hang on tight & see who can go the whole way through unbroken!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modify as needed.
