- Fun partner workout to start this shortened week (Melbourne Cup Day tomorrow in case you didn't know).
- This one is trickier than you think. First up the rower is not the pacer today. The gymnastics dude holds the key to that. What that means is you have to push the row portion when you are on without necessarily knowing how long you're on the erg for!
- As for the gymnastics this is a GREAT chance to work some valuable strict form positional strength. Wall Walks are hard! Especially if you do them properly! (We all know the slide up/fall down method!! NOT today my friends !!).
- The strict Knees To Elbow are exactly that - STRICT! - Think of yourself as a lever and aim to engage those wings and lever back and draw those knees high! Make no bones, this move is also very challenging. Come the end of this WoD you will k now a heap more about your midline and how dependably strong it is.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
