- "RX" prescriptions = 15 kg DB's & a 24" Box / 10 kg DB's & a 20" Box.
- When a "Chipper" is programmed they are fantastic opportunities to test yourself out with new ways of approaching sets & reps of certain movements. Normally you might see a movement only the one time & leave it behind but in this case there are three moves that appear twice.
- What this does is offer you a chance to test out how you fare on a move first time around and then, on the second time of asking, see how you can back that method up again.
- The Dumbbells are not prescribed as heavy today. This means that we are asking you to try to go large on your sets, as unbroken as you can, if you will.
- Push the pace, make yourself work dang hard for your result & y'know #NEVERmissamonday !!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
