 WoD: "Trifecta"

Complete As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible in 17 Minutes 

of:

5 Ring Muscle Ups

China Town Run

5 Bar Muscle Ups

China Town Run

5 Chest To Bar Pull Ups

China Town Run

> Once clear of the 5's, Add 2 REPS onto each movement.

EG= 7 RMU, 7 BMU, & 7 C2B. Then when back, 9 RMU, & so on.... <<

  • The Trifecta of the CrossFit Gymnastics Pulling movements!! This is clearly aimed at the CrossFit Open & the very real possibility of seeing one, two, or ALL 3 of these moves over the next 3 Owen WoDs.
  •  We are looking for efficiency of movement. If you can, go unbroken on everything in the opening round. If not have a game plan.
  • We will be setting up some set-scale options for those not yet at the Muscle Up stage.
  • Lets kick this week off with a bang!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
