EG= 7 RMU, 7 BMU, & 7 C2B. Then when back, 9 RMU, & so on.... <<

- The Trifecta of the CrossFit Gymnastics Pulling movements!! This is clearly aimed at the CrossFit Open & the very real possibility of seeing one, two, or ALL 3 of these moves over the next 3 Owen WoDs.
- We are looking for efficiency of movement. If you can, go unbroken on everything in the opening round. If not have a game plan.
- We will be setting up some set-scale options for those not yet at the Muscle Up stage.
- Lets kick this week off with a bang!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
