4 Burpees Over The Bar

** Rest for 2 Minutes then Repeat. Perform 3 "AMRAPS" in total **

- Hooo-EEEEE! This will dust the cobwebs off from your weekend! The bar is LIGHTWEIGHT. The pace is FAST. dust how much can you get done i that first AMRAP and then try to hang on to those numbers on the later ones??
- It may be a long weekend for some with Cup Day tomorrow but don't let stop you getting your WoD on!!
