WoD - "Easy As 1 - 2 - 3 - FOUR!"

Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 4 Minutes

of:

4 Power Snatch (42.5 / 30 kg)

4 Front Squats (42.5 / 30 kg)

4 Burpees Over The Bar

.

** Rest for 2 Minutes then Repeat. Perform 3 "AMRAPS" in total **

  • Hooo-EEEEE! This will dust the cobwebs off from your weekend! The bar is LIGHTWEIGHT. The pace is FAST. dust how much can you get done i that first AMRAP and then try to hang on to those numbers on the later ones??
  • It may be a long weekend for some with Cup Day tomorrow but don't let stop you getting your WoD on!!
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
  • Don't forget there are NO CLASSES on for Melbourne Cup Day. We will be open for Open-Gym from 9-11am. Book in online.
