Every Minute On The Minute x 20 Mins:
Min 1: 12 Burpees
Min 2: 1 Clean & Jerk (60% of 1RM)
Min 3: 12 Burpees
Min 4: 2 Clean & Jerks (60% of 1RM)
Min 5: 12 Burpees
Min 6: 3 Clean & Jerks (60% of 1RM)
Min 7: 12 Bur.....& so on and so forth.

- Keep adding 1 rep onto the Clean & Jerks each time.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
