Every 3 Minutes For 15 Minutes (5 Rounds):
20 / 15 Calorie Row or Bike
10 Snatch (55 / 37.5 kg)

- Super way to kick off our week! This ones bites a bit more than you'd like it to! Row/Pedal hard & buy your self some solid time on that barbell!
- Aim of the workout is to get 30 - 60 seconds rest each time.
- If you were in Friday just gone then the Power Snatch should be front & centre in your mind. If you weren't in (where were you? LOL) no matter, we will spend time before the WoD getting our bar work on!
- Lets get after it!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
- Separate note, don't forget to have your crack at the CBD Monthly Challenge at some point this week!
