- This WoD is a classic example of classical CrossFit programming that will demand a super high power-output in order to illicit the dose response the workout was designed for. This one should feel like a sprint from start to finish!
- Those that display really efficient movement patterns in the jerk will fare the best. Likewise if your 'Grip & Kip' are on par you will see yourself do all of this in very few sets altogether! Be sure you scale appropriately.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
