Then straight into:

10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2 (reps):

Hang Squat Clean (70 / 50 kg)

Burpee Strict Pull Up

  • Kicking the week off with a bang. Get that run done as quick as possible so you can get your teeth stuck into that lovely couplet waiting for you at the top of the stairs!
  • Going on from the Dumbbell/Strict Pull Up WoD last week we can use this a way to refine those Pull Up mechanics by doing them one lovely pull up at a time! 🙂
  • The bar is heavy, however choose a weight that you can do the round of 10 in 1-2 sets.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
