- Heavy day two kick off the week!!
- The "Hang Clean" is an amazing drill of a movement to help solidify that speed needed to get under a heavy barbell. As the title of the WoD suggests you gotta get in that hole (squat) and do it quickly!!
- Being there are 10 sets on offer and today is primed to attempt a new 1 rep max (provided our form is holding out well). Don't come out too heavy at the start. The nervous system fatigue alone from hitting near maxes at the start will lend more to failed lifts than anything else. Start it a touch more conservatively and build to your target number along the way. Focussing on that speed will build confidence along the way!
- Let's get after it & hit some heavy weight!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
