- Firebreather to kick off the week!!
- This is a variation of the famous classic "Fran". That WoD (if you can remember it) leaves us in tatters afterward wondering how 4 mins of movement can do that. Today we want that same feeling at the end. The barbell is meant to feel a little heavy yet you will hit the 12 reps in 1-2 sets and in under a minute. The bar m muscle-ups want to be linked together and feel fluid. If hit in right manner the grip will feel smoked at some stage too!
- Attack this workout with some serious firepower and come out of feeling lit up!! What a way to start the week!!
- Overall goal today is 5 minutes or faster!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
