- The bar is moderately heavy, the burpees are, well burpees! Come out fighting and see how quick you can move this one. The intended dose today is to move said "moderately-heavy" barbell quickly. Not get bogged down with one rep at a time followed by heaps of rest. If you need to break it into quick singles or doubles that is ok. Just keep coming back to that bar!
- Those burpees. What can we say about them but move yo butt as fast as you & do not pace them.
- We want this one to be fast & spicy! Sub 7 is the aim. 10 is the cap.
- We will get ready beforehand by hitting a "Heavy set" of 3. Lots to play with today.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
