- Kicking this week off with some gold standard grunt work!
- We also introduce you to a BRAND NEW run route!! When you head left out of the glass doors keep going ALLLL the way down Lonsdale St to the lights where the aforementioned Heartbreaker Bar is & head your way back to us (Just don't actually go in there. You can save that for after your class!!).
- As for the hard yakka to be done on the Rooftop, grab those Dumbbells and get to work! When you get to the box its the same deal, Just Work!
- Look to get a consistent groove going in every round and find the pace that hurts you but also suits you. Monday is calling you, lets go!!
