- Beautiful couplet today go high skill. This workout embodies the very best of what CrossFit has to offer. The high skill components being in both moves means you will have to think on your feet the whole time.
- The skipping may be easy to some yet it may pose a threat to others. Take on board what you learned last Wednesday (where there were penalties for tripping on the rope). If you required scaling then you will likely require scaling today. The idea is 35-45 secs of your time on the rope and that is it.
- Next up is the Snatch. Arguably the most tricky of all lifts. Today we want the bar to feel moderately heavy to you. This means that it is by no means a walk in the park for you (unless 60/40kg is "easy" for you). We want you to choose a weight that will see you do the 6 reps in quick singles, 2's, 3's. Keep getting back to the bar and commit to getting under it properly and not pulling it all the way over your head.
- This one will get gassy quickly so hang on for the ride!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
