- Back to school after the highs of the Open WoD on Saturday. That day we complete. All other days we train.
- Today look to find a groove going and learn a lot about your ability to move at a pace that you can keep going for larger periods of time. Grip will start to be at a premium so manage that as best you can.
- Choose a weight on the Dumbbell you can do all five rounds unbroken and work those toes to bar in anywhere from 1-3 sets throughout.
- Start your week right. #NeverMissAMonday.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
