- We are at the START of your BRAND NEW 2019 CrossFit CBD Benchmark Cycle!!
- We had a ball over the last 12 months testing ourselves through 13 kick-ass Benchmarks seeing where we stacked up in our overall fitness levels. We are a General Physical Preparedness , or "GPP", gym but it is always good to check in and see where you are at in terms of your fitness. This is why we have the "BCW" in place. It helps us gather data to see where the holes lie, as a gym, in our GPP. Last year brought some great achievements and PR's and we are totally sure this new cycle will prove the very same.

- To truly be varied in our Benchmarking & testing we must test across a multitude of modalities.
- Today we are testing STRENGTH!! This is the age old classic CrossFit Strength Benchmark!!
- The "CrossFit Total" is the benchmark in which to test & showcase your absolute strength. Remember you only have THREE attempts per lift after warm ups. Make them count!

- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
