This workout carries with out a 20 minute time cap. If you do not complete the workload add 1 second on top your score for every rep you are short. (eg: 10 HSPU left means a recorded "time" of 20:10).

- Our annual end of year celebration continues with this years edition of the the "12 days of CrossFit Christmas". 12 days of back to back benchmark/named WoDs to take us up to Christmas. - Today we partner up!! Working as part of a team pulls us out of our comfort zone. Use today to push yourself too uncomfortable levels of pace on the rower. We wouldn't normally drop the hammer on a big number like 25 Cal yet we will always get a significant rest on the swap over.
- For the HSPU we can split them up unevenly BUT we are going to ask that as a "minimum work requirement" that we must do at least 15 reps each round. Feel free too swap out regularly to keep the momentum flowing.
- Push hard for each other today. You know you want to.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
