- The last full training week of 2018 and we kick it off with a bang! The 7th Day of CrossFit Christmas brings us a classic Open workout all the way from 2012!!
- When this one was first released it caused a stir in the community due to the aggressive jumps in weight on the barbell. Not only is the Snatch a really technical lift, it gets pretty heavy today too! You gotta really nail that technique in order to fair well here.
- Use all the lead up time up to the start of the WoD to practice, hone, & prepare yourself for it. Power snatch, squat snatch, split snatch. Its up to you. Give yourself an aim on how far you want to get and get after it from rep number 1!!
- Lets do this!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Modifiy As needed.
