Complete 5 Rounds For Time:

12 Alternating Hang Split Snatch

Max 10-yard Shuttle Runs in 60 Seconds

Plank Hold^

^Plank Hold time is determined by how many 10-yard shuttles you get in the time. 

For every 10-yard lap you get deduct 5 seconds off of the 3 minutes.(Example: If you get Ten 10-yard laps done, that equals 50 secs of reduction. Your plank hold will now be 2:10 instead).
