WoD: Spin Cycle

Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 Minutes

of:

3 Power Cleans (60 / 40 kg)

3 Handstand Push Ups

6 Power Cleans

6 Handstand Push Ups

9 Power Cleans

9 Handstand Push Ups

12 Power Cleans

12 Handstand Push Ups

15 Power Cleans

15 Handstand Push Ups

18 Power Cleans

18 Handstand Push Ups

.......

.... Keep adding 3 reps each round until time is called.

  • Ascending ladder style workouts offer up  great chance to build capacity & volume whilst still hitting some relative intensity. Look to strip together the barbell in mini sets of 3 or more to get your cycling skillz up to speed. On the Handstand Push Ups be efficient with your energy expenditure. If you are going to attempt a rep you better be sure you are going to make it. And yes, kipping is allowed today 🙂
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
