 WoD: "Carry On Laughing"

Complete 4 Rounds For REPS  

of:

1 Minute of Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

1 Minute of Toes To Bar

1 Minute of Calories, Concept 2 Rower

1 Minute of REST

Rotate immediately to the next station every 1 min, the clock does not stop or reset between stations.

  • Hot diggity dang!! What a way to kick off Monday!!
  • Formatted just like the famous Benchmark WoD "Fight Gone Bad" we are gunning for as many reps as possible with us having 1 minute at each move before being told to move on (without the clock stopping either!). Today focus beforehand on what you think you can do each minute, each move, each round. Have a game plan and see if it pans out. If not have a back up plan and keep trying. It’ll be nigh on impossible to be completely unbroken on the first two moves so look to be as efficient with your time as possible. Keep any breaks short and make the most of the minute off between rounds.
  • This one certainly shows us where our capacity is at right now. One things for sure, we are in for a banging start to the week so keep smiling and laughing throughout. It’ll help! 😉
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
  • Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
