WoD: "Thrusterbuddy"

- You are stranded on a deserted island. For whatever reason you have been left with a barbell & some weights (it could happen). However the situation has arisen that you are only allowed to use it on one specific move otherwise the island will blow up (again, it could happen!). So you were asked to choose only one movement to use with it for the rest of your life. You can't look too far past the thruster!!
- We can do it for high volume with lightweight. Moderate volume, moderate weight. Low volume with heavy weight. Or any number of combinations of the above. So much goodness and fitness can bar had. Today we will look to maximise strength and hit the heavy weights. Ensure you look really find that leg drive & pop from the hips to get the bar going!!
- Oh, and definitely make sure you PRESS the bar up and not jerk it!! Nuff said!
- Overall goal today is to get to build to the "heavy double" but to do so with only 5 increases in weight across the ten sets.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
