Burpees, 1 Min

Kettlebell Swings, 1 Min

REST 1 Min

*Use a dumbbell/kettlebell, or odd object for the swings.

  • Well here we are again. Lockdown part 2!!
  • No matter. We forge ahead because fitness will wait for no person so we may as well get our skates on!!
