- This is the second of your CrossFit CBD Benchmark Cycle WoDs for 2019! (If you aren't aware of what that is read here to see the original Blog post, & then Click here to see ALL the Benchmark WoDs you will be getting tested on multiple times over the next year).
- This one tests out your overhead strength, coordination & stability. You need to brace that midline & don't give into a poor position if you are to successfully get that heavy bar over your head safely.
- Look at your previous score and see where today takes you.
- For this one compare to 12/09/18
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
