.- Double bubble to kick off the week.
- The Strict Press is an underrated & under utilised movement. This IS where all your foundational strength comes from. There is heaps of Technique behind a strong shoulder press. Brace & squeeze tight and lets get some weight moving!
- The Overhead Squat is perhaps the biggest indicator of athleticism. This is not about how much your legs will lift (your Back & Front Squats will take care of that). This lift tests, amongst other things, your Flexibility, your Balance, your Coordination, Your Midline Strength. Get that bar pushed UP & lets see what you got.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
