Complete 4 Rounds For Time:
50 Kettlebell / Dumbbell Swings

After each round complete 2 Turkish Get ups (e/arm) for each set it took you to get to 50 reps. (eg: unbroken set = 2 TGU e/arm. 3 sets to get to 50 = 6 TGU e/arm).
