China Town Run

(REST 3 Minutes between rounds).

- Oh here we go!!! Monday is on and we start with a stonker!!
- Push hard on the row, go harder than you want to. Get straight out on that run. Really push the pace and see what you can seek out if your body today!
- Hit the first round with maximum intensity and then see how well you can "chase to pace" in the next rounds.
