Strength WoD: "Own The Overhead"
For Loads:
Strict Press 3 - 2 - 1 - 1 - 1
Push Press 3 - 3 - 3 - 2 - 1

- Work to a timer. You have 90 seconds to lift each set before moving onto the next.
- Make a weight? Move up a bit. Miss a weight? Drop it a bit and make a number in that 90 sec window.
- On the last set on each move you are to hold the weight overhead for 3 full seconds - OWN that overhead position.
- Scale as needed.

- Go as FAST as you can on the row & deal with the reps after. This is a great way to test your fast pacing efforts & learn from them afterward.
- No gaming, No pacing. Go hard!
