- We are the FINAL DAY of our annual end of year celebration, the "12 days of CrossFit Christmas"!!
- Today we revisit another one of our CrossFit CBD Benchmark Cycle WoDs. This workout is a classic case of hanging on. Quite literally!! The grip fatigue becomes very very real so having a game plan on how you will attack each set will help heaps.
- The weight should be something you can comfortably go for a series of unbroken reps when fresh. The toes to bar will start to feel heavy on the stomach after a short time. Keep the sets/reps small & the rest between the sets even shorter.
- This is it guys. The FINAL Benchmark of the "12 Days" this year & the last Benchmark Cycle WoD to boot. Lets go out with a bang!!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
