  • The Turkish Get Up (TGU) is an amazing movement that encompasses the entire body and has us moving in multiple plains & challenging your coordination. We talk about the 10 General Physical Skills that we strive for within a CrossFit program. Well look no further than the TGU! It will work no less than 5 of them (Strength, Flexibility, Coordination, Balance & Accuracy).
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale As needed.
