WoD: Dodecahedron

Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 12 Minutes

of:

12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch

12 Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges

12Double Unders

.......

.... Each time you get back to the Doubles add on 6 reps (12, 18, 24, 30, 36, etc......)

  • Simple is as simple does. Fight through the Dumbbell work keeping sets as unbroken as possible and then turn on your coordination switch & get that rope a movin' !!!!
  • Today YOU choose the weight on the DB's!! Make it Heavy.
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
