12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch
12 Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges
12Double Unders

.... Each time you get back to the Doubles add on 6 reps (12, 18, 24, 30, 36, etc......)

- Simple is as simple does. Fight through the Dumbbell work keeping sets as unbroken as possible and then turn on your coordination switch & get that rope a movin' !!!!
- Today YOU choose the weight on the DB's!! Make it Heavy.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
