Thruster

Front Squat

3 - 3 - 3 - 3

  • Double dose for this 'Heavy Day'.
  • Warm up real well for those Thrusters. Look to nail the timing of the actual press by driving through those hips!!
  • When the Front squats come around your legs will be suitably warm!! Rack the bar high, keep the chest up & lets go.
  • Try to increase the load across all 7 sets. (this means planning your numbers from the back end & tracking back to your openers).
  • Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
  • Scale as needed.
