- Double dose for this 'Heavy Day'.
- Warm up real well for those Thrusters. Look to nail the timing of the actual press by driving through those hips!!
- When the Front squats come around your legs will be suitably warm!! Rack the bar high, keep the chest up & lets go.
- Try to increase the load across all 7 sets. (this means planning your numbers from the back end & tracking back to your openers).
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
