WoD: "The 100 Club"
For Time:
100 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24 " / 20" Box)

- Seems simple right? Just do 100 reps & you're done. Well yes, that is the objective, however you will this interval style by working for 1 minute & resting for 1 minute until you get to 100!
- We told you that now the Open is all but closed for another year, that we would be de-loading things for a week or so. This does NOT mean that we shy away from intensity!!
- You still NEED that Intensity in order to elicit some adaptation & thus continue getting more Fit each time you come in.
- Don't worry though. If you too sore still from hitting "18.5" on Saturday we will have a couple of options on offer as a scale (Little hint though, they will still incorporate parts of todays main move so you won't getting away with too much! 🙂 ).
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- 22 minute Time Cap. Aim for sub 20 (This is a BIG challenge!)
- Scale as needed.
