- Let's go!!! Kicking off the week with a bang!
- So, with a workout that is on the more "simple" side of things there is but one key element that will allow you to get the desired dose response from it. That element being INTENSITY!
- Hit the runs harder than you want to. Then just lay out those burpees at a high but steady pace. When you get to the last round and the last 10 reps absolutely hit your hardest pace! You'll know why this WoD is called what it is at that point!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
- Stay Humble. Work Hard. Be Happy.
