7 Front Squats
7 Push Jerks
30 Seconds REST after each round.

- Just you & the barbell. Nowhere to hide.
- Record the time you see on the screen as you finish each round. (BTWB will figure out your rounds splits for you).
- Your aim is to have your opening 3-4 rounds at 60-65 seconds or faster. (Holding good form!).
- Weight stimulus is not for a lightweight day but at the same token it is not a heavy day to move the bars in dribs & drabs.
- Hence a 15 Minute Time Cap is on the menu.
- Scale As Needed.
