- Helloooooo Monday!
- This is Fitness is a nutshell. Sheer work capacity. Sheer will power. Sheer grunt & grind. And yes, it is sheer technique too. You read that correct. This WoD (as with every WoD) will reward those with great technique. You put the power into the rower machine with your legs and actually PUSH with them you will see the "Cals" churn away. If you get caught trying to use your arms too soon, too late, too much you will not get what you need from this workout.
- Now this one is tough. No bones about it. You WILL have to work hard today. Harder than you might have bargained for. We aren't expecting much rest time after each set. Get used to that. You will be going back & forth a lot and will want to see more rest in thee somewhere. There will be. It's called the end of the workout.
- Mentally get your head in there game and get to the 10th minute without failing (scale to make this a reality), then do your darnedest to hang on for the rest.
