- A true classic on the menu today. This is a test of true grit & heart. You wouldn't think it as each effort will "only" last 40-60 seconds but come the 5th or 6th round you will get to a place about 100m into that row and realise what it is like to grit it out. The legs will tire before the lungs will. Try to fight through the fatigue and always finish strong!
- We will issue a hard time cap to the 8 rounds BUT where it says "rest as needed" we mean it!! Take the time needed to ensure each round is met with maximum intensity. This means full effort AND full results. You are far more likely to hot your next row with more levels of consistency if you take the 30-60 seconds more rest.
- We can miss off a round at the end if it means the 7 you do hit are full bore as opposed to getting back on the erg too soon because you are short on time.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
