Complete 4 Rounds For Time:
100ft Overhead Plate Walking Lunges
30 Box Jumps
20 Wall Balls
10 Handstand Push-Ups

Modify for the at-home experience by doing....
Use a dumbbell for the lunges.
Do Jump overs instead of box jumps (knee height)
Change the wall ball for a single dumbbell thruster (on DB held in both hands)

- Last day of August (& winter!!) and with it comes to an end for this years edition of "Hero month". We hope you had a blast hitting up all the different styles of WoDs that came our way. It was so good to see you all adapt so well to your at-home environments meaning lots of modifications. We never let it get the better of our fitness & we are very proud of you all.
