Complete As Many REPS As Possible in 12 Minutes

of:

3 Burpee Over Bar

3 Hang Power Snatch

6 Burpee Over Bar

3 Hang Power Snatch

9 Burpee Over Bar

3 Hang Power Snatch

12 Burpee Over Bar

6 Hang Power Snatch

15 Burpee Over Bar

6 Hang Power Snatch

18 Burpee Over Bar

6 Hang Power Snatch

21 Burpee Over Bar

9 Hang Power Snatch

..........

Keep adding 3 Burpee Over The Bar each round & adding 3 more Hang Power Snatches every THIRD round until time is called.

  • A "CrossFit Open" Style WoD to see us out in 2018! The Burpees keep climbing every round. Keep a pace that allows you to breathe & somewhat recover for the Barbell because those sets on the Barbell must be UNBROKEN every time!
