Only 87 days until Allstars! Sounds far away but in reality thats less than 3 months to get strength gains. Less than 3 months to hone gymnastics skills AND build a volume tolerance for them. Less than 3 months to expand that aerobic base. And less than 3 months to build the volume base in general in order to handle six + workouts in one weekend!

A): Rest Day – Queens Bday Public Holiday!
B): Go out and enjoy this glorious day!
TUESDAY 10th June
A): Strict Press, 3 x 5
(Note: Same load across all 3 sets, load should be a challenge, but doable, to complete the reps. If you miss any reps then do NOT add any next week)
B): Barbell Bent Over Row, 5 x 10
(Note: Warm up with two to three sets. Pick same load for first 3 sets. If successful try to add a bit for final two sets. Watch your form! Think about good posture!)
