Partners will split each minute in half working for 30 seconds and resting for 30.

- Partner WoDs are fantastic ways to up the ante in terms of the intensity side of things. You find that extra gear from within to push more out of yourself.
- Given too that today we are essentially working in 30 second bursts this will be a spicy day indeed! Can you handle the heat??
- Overall goal today is to set a tone in the first round and keep within 10% of that number the whole time.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale as needed.
